Larsons - a pathetic organisation with zero customer service

We have remodelled our kitchen and chose most of our products from Larsons. These guys are the suppliers of German made kitchen equipment, such as larders, hinges for cupboards, sinks etc. We purchased all our equipment from these guys, via our kitchen supplier. The attention and customer service was absolutely atrocious. The products certainly aren't cheap, and one does not change a kitchen very often so we went all out to ensure we installed the best we could find. Apart from stock issues and no update nor communication from the company, the biggest issue was the installation of the equipment. The website specifically says that they will despatch a trained technician to oversee the installation and guide fitters, of course, this is at a cost. When requested to do so, we were told that they will not do this, unless the equipment is faulty. It was really painful dealing with this organisation and the blatant don't care attitude is really appalling. Be very careful before committing to anything as you will really have a battle with these guys. Seems like they don't spend much time educating the staff either as nobody in the organisation was able to assist with much information, nor any assistance from a technical perspective. The responsible rep called Frans, was of no help as he merely made excuses to get himself out of committing to anything. The wesbite also specifically says that they don't have certified installers, yet they refuse to assist or oversee and work that is undertaken with their own products. Pathetic to say the least!!!
