La rosa suncoast

We had the real deal booklet and thought we would go to LA rosa for a Mexican meal. We get there and they took us in only to sit and watch people walk around passed us. I saw the management having a meeting with some staff in the outside seating area so I figured they must still be busy coz the restaurant wasn't... anyway the meeting ended and all walked passed us, even the people in charge without noticing us. I would like to know, is it because we had a real deal booklet that the staff wouldn't serve us with dignity almost like we didn't exist, we saw another couple sitting at the table next to us and were trying get the waiters attention. My question is why include the restaurants that don't want to be apart of this special
