Larneys beauty salon are unprofessional

I made an appointment at larney's beauty salon on the 19th December,until my appointment was then moved to the 20th December,I then showed the stylish a picture of the colour i wanted a full head colour in burgundy she then said plum is better she convinced me since I think she did not have the knowledge of mixing colors i got my hair done and my face waxed,only to come home looking at my hair it looked awful as if I had done a home hair colour the roots were black halfway while the rest of my hair was a copper colour,I then had a terrible reaction to the wax which was used they failed to do a patch test my entire face and neck burned causing a major breakouts both my hair and skin had been ruined by unprofessionals i won't advise anyone to use their services,I contacted the owner numerous times sending her messages and pictures of my bad experience yet she made no attempt towards resolution yet when it came to the change of appointment so contacted me numerous times.I was charged R880 to get ruined hair and skin.
