On 18.02.2015, I sent an email to Larney Ladybird to make an enquiry for my daughter's birthday on 01.08.2015. I was communicating only via email with Bianca. When she responded to my initial email, the first thing she asked me was the date i was looking for. i stated it and she said that they are fully booked until Mid August. That i could understand. I then went on to enquire for my sister's son's birthday taking place on 24 October 2015. After several emails in between (because she was not clear, unhelpful, dont care a damn attitude) she stated to me that 02.08.2015 and 24.10.2015 is both booked. Which i found extremely hard to believe considering the fact that she never asked me the time slot i required or the amount of people we are. I knew that this was a ****** issue as her tones of the email said it all. Eventually I asked my white friend to enquire and guess what!! 01.08.2015 is available!! Surprise, Surprise! Absolutely disgusted that in this day and age we have to deal with individuals like this in our country! Very shocking and disappointing! All other races except white, I suggest you save your time and stay away from this despicable place.
