Nightmare Experience - AVOID

Called this service provider to repair a freezer that was not auto-defrosting.

Repair was conducted and invoice presented for payment. I paid the invoice immediately by EFT, only to be informed by the tenant the following day that the repair had no positive result, and the same problem persisted.

I am now unable to contact the service provider by call, whatsapp, SMS or email after advising him the repair was ineffective.

The supposed guarantee on work done is worthless.
