Bad service and full of excuses

My deep freezer stopped working and Googled a/h repairs and found Larian air. There is only one cell phone number listed for Brian which is apparently the owner. He came out and charged R1450 to repair my deep freezer with a 3month guarantee on 03/06/2019. Next morning it was still not working properly so I called him out again and he came and repaired it again. 2 months later it stopped working. I contacted him immediately and he gave me stories of being out of the country but will come repair when he got back. A week later he came back 20/08/2019 and repaired it once again. I am now sitting with a deep freezer that is still not working 2days later!!
