Rcs ********** entries on credit report

End of November I checked my credit report that I have an rcs card with a balance of more then 20000.00!! I dont have an rcs card nor a account. When I received an invoice it wasn't even my name on the account or my address...after 14 ..yes 14 emails this ********** mistake is stil not rectified....must I open a ******** case against RCS?
