Poor quality work, customer service and delays in returning cars on time
Lar-tech was recommended by the assessors. My car has been at them 3 times now for repair and is still not completely fixed. The 1st repair session seemed ok, except were delayed in returning the car and failed to pick up additional repairs that were part of the initial damage. The 2nd session was to repair the work missed and upon return the paint work was bad and they some of the initial work was damaged. The 3rd session repaired the damage and poor paint quality, but they did not repair the wheel/suspension damage that was reported. They also are very bad at communication and updates, the customer service is shocking. I am also still waiting for a small clip to be replaced.

13 Feb 2023, 13:01The additional work that was on your vehicle was supposed to have been picked up the insurance when they did the assessment, they are the ones who have the accident description. We went out of our way to hire a vehicle for the client while the repairs are carried out. Updates were communicated with the client and have record of it from 19/12/2023 ,21/12/2023, 22/12/2022, 29/12/2023, 06/01/2023, 09/01/2023, 12/01/2023, 13/01/2023, 20/01/2023 & 25/01/2023. When the vehicle came for the 2nd time i was on leave and you were in the hands of the manager. When it came for the third time , it was booked for 3 days only, and loan vehicle was rented for the client .Updates were given on emails and the broker and insurance were included.
