Empty promises and poor service.

My car was in for dwnt repair for two weeks. On collection day I saw that caravan plug on car was not fixed, it could not even open. They then foxed it while I waited and then bumped my car infront of the shop. From then on I received even worse service. Deadlines not met, not kept up to date, promised feedback but then nobody call you. Bad attitude and poor service!
