I think that this may be a ****. I bought a “new” laptop but it came scratched with no box, no papers, nothing official. I tried to contact them only to be ignored over and over, they answer when you use another phone number then when realise it is you, they put down. I would like to refer this matter to the police as I am concerned this laptop is ******.
