The inititial sale and delivery went very smoothly. The machine arrived in Cape Town from JHB within a day via very reliable The Courier Guy overnight service. A subsequent problem that arose with the machine was resolved super quickly and professionally by Martin. A new laptop arrived on my doorstep less than 24 hours after the complaint was lodged with no interruption to my own work. Double thumbs up.
