Laptop at cost ... is it another ****??

I bought in February a key to activate My Window office 2018 and it works well. Soon later, I bought a key to activate my CorelDraw 2018 and it was accepted. In my office suite, I could not use my outlook and phoned Microsoft, they told me after 10 minutes search that the key was a "Developer key" and I was not allowed to use it. Few days ago, Corel Draw sent me a message that my software was ******* and I would be shut down shortly. I tried to contact "Laptop at cost" on the telephone in Johannesburg to obtain some explanations but the numbers provided were not responding. Is it another ****. I give them a chance to amend themself and will keep you posted. Eric
