Fantastic Service, Fantastic Laptop!!!

So my old Dell XPS started not working so well and I was looking for a new one. After searching the internet far and wide I could not find a new XPS at a price that would not cost me an arm and a leg. Finally I found www.laptopsatcost.co.za and they had the exactly laptop I was looking for at like a third to half cheaper than elsewhere. It seemed to good to be true, but after reviewing the company I decided to take the plunge. I bought the Dell XPS online and contacted Martin via WhatsApp. He was professional in his dealings and responded immediately with any questions I had. I received the laptop the next day and it was great!! We had a few niggly bits to sort out, but Martin was on top of all the issues I had. I can honestly say that it's the best customer service I received in a very long time. I would like to thank Martin and Qasim for their amazing service and patience in dealing with me - but I can assure you that you have a customer for life!! Until my next purchase.....
