Excellent Service and customer needs focused

In today’s world and in South Africa, we have become accustomed to bad service as the norm and we are therefore surprised by good service (it has become a rare occurrence). I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent service from “Laptops at Cost” company after lightning damaged my laptop. They were able to quickly get me an immaculate exact same model for great price and deliver within 1 day. Even when I mentioned a sticky left shift key, they immediately ordered a new keyboard and had it replaced by a technician on site within a few days. I don’t often give full marks, because I believe there is always room for improvement, but in their case, I will give them a 5 out of 5.
