Best Possible After-Sales Service

There are actually no words good enough to describe how amazing their after-sales service is. I bought one of their high end laptops in May and it blew it’s motherboard in August. I immediately contacted Martin and the next morning he shipped me a replacement, similar spec laptop, as a loan machine (it was my work laptop so I was desperate) and had my machine collected. Within about a week he had a new motherboard installed in my machine and then shipped it back to me and collected the loan machine at zero charge. I don’t know how much that whole lot cost him but he refused to let me pay for even a portion of the shipping fees. If you appreciate good after-sales service, these are the guys to buy from! Definitely my first choice from now on. Extremely grateful I found them online.
