Very good communication! From the moment I processed the order I was kept up to date with the process. I was concerned about purchasing via an eft. I read multiple good reviews and checked that the website had been up for a number of years and took the risk. All went well. I am not sure why they don't offer credit card payment but they must have their reasons. Im sure they would get more business if they offered a credit card payment option. Product was new as advertised with all the seals in place. It came with an American plug, which is no problem at all for me, but may go some way to explaining how they are getting these laptops at cheaper prices as this one was clearly intended for the American market. After the courier charge the laptop was R1000 cheaper than Takealot. Thank you very much.
