Unprofessional service of Laptop4u, Capetown

I am writing you this letter of review to inform you on the unprofessional service of • Laptop4u; Cape Town +***5 19 Edison way, Shop 105 Block C, Millennium Business Park, Century City 7441, ***

Computer Details: Microsoft Service 2 Order Number: 6706 Price: R7800.00 Purchased on: 25/6/2021 Delivered on: 30/6/2021

Notification was send to Laptop4u via e-mail and telephone call on 1/7/2021 regarding keypad not working. After numerous e-mail communications, I have not received any support to replace or refund this purchase. We were in communication with Nigel and Valery.

After no support I needed to arrange a trip to drive all the way to Brackenvel from Parys. On 24/8/2021 I arrived at office 19 Edson Way, Millennium Business Park, Century City, Block C, Unit 105. I started the computer to show that the keypad was not working. They offered me another computer, when I tested it that keypad was also not working. I asked them if they do technical test on computers before they are offered for purchase and Nigel said they did. A few other computers were offered to us, but not in the same price range.

I requested Nigel to please arrange for a re-fund. Computer was given back to Labtop 4 U and I was issued a Cash sale slip and payment was promised on the following Friday. Up until today I have not received my refund payment of R7,800.00.

On Hello Peter I have only seen positive and good remarks on Labtop 4 U, but I am not satisfied and thus adding my comments as well. Your support and feedback in this matter will be appreciated.
