Pay now regret later

I've been trying for weeks now to get my laptop sorted after the laptop was below the advertised spec and the power supply trips the mains. My salesperson seems rather indifferent but says he has 'escalated' - although to no effect. The biggest issue is their complete non-response. I would not buy another laptop from here or recommend it.
