mixed experience

I liked one of the laptops and got someone to check it out for me. I needed extra RAM and a specific invoice. Some aspects of service have been good but now I feel like I've been getting the runaround when trying to finalise and actually take hold of the laptop and it has been rather disappointing. I certainly don't feel like a valued customer - hence the 3 star
