Delivered about 40% of what was promised

Laptop charger provided was unsafe and tripped the mains. SSD was half capacity of that quoted. I couldn't get the backlight working. I emailed their sales and their support and asked simply for confirmation of receipt but they haven't responded, which is a worry in terms of getting support.
