Utter let down

I've been dealing with Mike T from Laptop Solutions who is really friendly, but unfortunately that's where the good points of this company end. I ordered a very specific laptop battery from them in September 2020. Mike contacted me directly to let me know they were out of stock, but that they would be getting in October. I hadn't received anything by November, so I followed up and was told that the part would be shipped by the end of the week. By the end of December, I still had no delivery in spite of asking for the tracking number. I followed up again and received no response. My colleague got hold of them telephonically and was promised the part by beginning February. Eventually the part arrived early in March and I was dismayed to discover it was the incorrect part. The last I heard from them was 2 months ago when they stated that they were waiting for confirmation from the supplier that it was the correct part. Never going to be using them again and would recommend against using them.
