Unprofessional service

I ordered a cooling fan, for a HP ProBook 4530s. The fan I received, does not look like the one on the website. It's completely the wrong fan. Not even Foxconn, like advertised. The connector cables are completely wrong. And the fan shape, as well as the fitting holes. After paying R715 for something useless. No contact details on website, no address. The exchange and return link not working on website. I demand a full refund including courier costs. As the mistake is on their side, not mine.
