https://laptopsolutions.co.za is one of those e-commerce sites that don't leave a good first impression, but the service I got from the humans made up for it.

The price for the old/ancient D525 keyboard was the best in SA, they really had stock (as shown on the site). I had a human on WhatsApp to chat with and confirm I had identified the right part.

When I placed the order, the automated feedback via the e-commerce system was adequate. I followed up just to be sure because I saw bad reviews here.
