Ordered (and paid for) a Power Button Board with Cable, for my Dell Computer. Waited weeks because it had to come from overseas. Laptop Mechanic obviously did not open it before sending it to me, because when I gave it to a local Computer repair company to install, they showed me that it was obviously a pre used item, and actually did not work at all. Of course, in order to get my money back, I am expected to strip it out of the Computer, and even then I cannot prove that it the one they sent me can I? Over R1 000 spent and back where I started.
