Terrible service

By far the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I sent my laptop in for repairs and did not receive any communication (despite calling them multiple times) from them once. I constantly had to follow up and even when they got my parts and fixed my laptop they never told me and my laptop just arrived to my house. I am still having problems with my laptop as it was not put back together properly. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
