I rate these guys 3 stars due to their communication skills, that needs improvement because we had to fight and involve attorneys to resolve the issue and it comes out as people who are rude and arrogant, however i finally received the product and I'm happy with it and it is working perfectly well.

Things to improve: communication skills and customer service skills.
