REPREHENSIBLE

DO NOT do business with this company. They owe me R757.85 and they are simply not responding to my emails.

Here’s the story:

I got a quote - I paid the full amount - I received the package in front of my shop (all recorded on video), sealed – I unwrapped the package at my desk (all recorded on video) – I only received one of the two items I ordered – I contacted Laptop mechanic saying thank you for the Battery, but asked them to send me the other piece that I paid for – I received silence – I contacted them again saying that I am 1. Going to open a case at the police station 2. Going to upload a review to Hello Peter 3. Going to talk to my lawyer 4. Going to file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission unless they give me what I paid for – still they didn’t reply and so here we are.

This company is massively wasting my time/money but I don’t like being taken advantage of and so I will try my best to get what I paid for. They are fully responsive in the quoting phase but have not responded to me since I received my one of two items. They don’t reply on Whatsapp.

I have gathered all the evidence I stated above (Quote, Proof of Payment, The Courier Guy’s Statement, Video Footage and have all email correspondences neatly saved) and am willing to talk to anyone who is unsure about doing business with this company – I will show you all the documentation that I have gathered.
