No Customer Service

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Received a damaged battery on the 23 Feb 2024, after numerous emails they finally said we can return the battery (at our own cost) then it will be evaluated. Since the return we still haven't received any replacement battery or refund for damaged goods that was received. They don't even bother in replying!! BE AWARE PEOPLE!!
