Laptop Mechanic Gezina, waste of time and money

Yho what a non-existent customer service. No comms to the client what so ever. Beware that you will follow up on progress status of your device the panic mechanic won’t bother updating their clients on the progress of their own work, what a shame. Even after the client follow up you won't get any update from the so-called Laptop Panic Mechanic After a few months to get as per their diagnosis a motherboard replacement still they could fix my laptop. I had to call them and ask the clowns about a way forward since I payed up front, they promised to refund me but a month later still no refund and still no comms. What a joke of a business don't ever send your pc/laptop to these clowns you will just giving yourself a head-ache and a mountain bill of phones from you to them.
