Laptop Machanic - poor service

Contacted Laptop Mechanic around March 6, my laptop was not coming on. Initially thought it was the battery. Laptop mechanic organised collection of the laptop. Unfortunately, there was no communication and no information was shared. Commutation by emails, whatsapp and phone was really very poor. Finally got someone on the phone who really was very rude and very defensive. This call prompted a response and I finally got a quotation which to my surprise was his a quote for a new mother board. 14 days and only this. Honestly, I would not recommend Laptop machine at all. Good at organising pick up and e Delivery but very poor at communication and customer service. Thank you
