Extremely Poor Communication

Once order is placed and payment made, forget about getting any communication from them. I mailed twice daily to just find out if my payment was recieved and order placed and they never responded.

I was on my way to lodge a complaint at the onmbutsman and the part arrived - no tracking number, no courier details nothing.

Would not reccomend them or come back unless i have 10000% no choise.
