Superb Service and Assistance

With an urgent issue I approached Laptop Land. From the minute I walked in the door and being greeted by Vicky with a friendly smile and positive attitude, I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. I explained my problem and Vicky tried various options to resolve it. Unfortunately it was not to be and then she went that extra mile to ensure that my Data was retrievable from the busted machine. She suggested a couple of options and I chose the quickest which was to purchase a new Laptop. She then had my Data transferred, at no cost, to the new machine.
