Admin gives you lip when asking for assistance ...... Clients get treated very badly with no support ........*** - Laptop

<p>I am a proud business owner and being in the service industry I know how important it is to keep your clients happy ....</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in to request a quote on lcd laptop screen which they did very speedely, however the next day I called in to request after payment was made for hardware that they help me as they did before with couriers as I don't really know a suffice company that travels to and fro ...... </p> <p>As they assisted in the past I assumed there would be no fuss assisting again ? WRONG !!!!!!</p> <p>When asking Alissa over the phone to assist as they want to know size and weight etc which is not known to me , rudely a lady by name Vikki in the background said very rudely : You gave him the number why can he not arrange himself ???</p> <p> </p> <p>That is so rude and bad service giving a client hard time after he reaches out to you ?</p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKING !!!! Even worse when speaking to the owner he did not really seem to be to worried ???</p> <p> </p> <p>That to me is very sad ..... They got no problem taking your money , but when it comes to service they push you away .....</p>
