Worst Service Ever!

Terrible customer service. Ordered and paid for a refurbished laptop on 28 February 2021, today is 25 March no delivery. They dont pick up phonecalls, do not answer emails, the WhatsApp number promises to send updates, they never do. I was supposed to get an email with Tracking details, this was never sent. I have not received the laptop.This is very frustrating. I do not recommend to use them at all. Worst Customer service I have ever encountered for an online store.
