Worst place for a laptop deal

By far my worst online.experience. Needed a laptop urgently and laid on 01 Dec. Called to confirm delivery and I was promised 4-7 days. 21 days and literally hundreds of calls and WhatsApp messages and I am no closer to having the laptop. I have lost a fortune in the 21 days and I am.now considering litigation to recover my lost revenue.
