Last year I ordered my laptop on laptop depot when I saw the pricing was so affordable. I placed the order and the next day out of excitement for the laptop I went online and saw some negative reviews on hello peter. My nerves settled in and I called them and actually told them hey your reviews are not so good and I am now nervous. I must admit I waited a long while for my laptop to arrive but eventually it did with a free upgrade :) I called laptop depot and they said it was because I had been so patient :) laptop depot definitely need to work on their service and delivery turnaround time frame. But in terms of their offering they are top notch! I am still using my laptop today :)
