STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE LAPTOPDEPOT.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I only got a response about the laptop that I ordered after I threatened with legal action and with giving the company bad reviews. When the laptop finally arrived, its specifications were inferior to what I ordered and paid for. For example, I paid for 8gb RAM and only received 4gb. I paid for 2 TB storage and only got 1TB and I paid for an 8th generation core i5 processor and got a 7th generation.

The company made vague promises to pay for an upgrade without giving any details as to where and when the upgrade will be done. They offered to send me accessories that I do not want or need to compensate for those specifications that could not be upgraded.

When confronted with bad reviews on HelloPeter, the response was that there are more satisfied than unsatisfied clients and that most reviews were **** and done by competitors.

I would suggest staying away from this company as far as possible. It is a complete nightmare dealing with them.
