STAY AWAY FROM LAPTOP DEPOT!!!!

In early October bought a demo laptop online, however received an old rattling, scratched device. I found out that the supplier operates mainly online when I needed confirmation of address that appeared on their website (which was ****) for return of the defective device. The supplier took 3 weeks to deliver the defective device and another 3 weeks to provide a return address for which I paid courier for. They agreed to refund me once confirmation of device shipping has been forwarded to them. It's been two week and there has been no response from the supplier. Period of refund request from receipt of devise is now over a month. No response to my refund queries. Communication is a frustration with this supplier, very dismissive. I'm instituting legal action, opening a case of ***** and reporting them to CICP, no more patience for their nonsense.
