Positive outcome

I ordered a laptop in december and was a bit concerned when delivery took longer than expected. I was pleased when I was contacted last week and they explained the reasons for the delays and assured my laptop will be shipped on Friday. I received it this morning and have no complaints. I just think that communication can be improved.
