No service

Ordered and paid for in Nov 2020. Till today,25/3/2021, haven’t received anything. Can only occasionally get hold of them. No response to emails or WhatsApp. First they claim to have posted laptop, then a supply problem, then they claimed to have communicated through email, all lies. Cannot get a product or money back out of them.
