New laptop ordered and paid for but a used older version received after an entire month of persuasion

I purchased a HP Probook 14s, 10th Gen, Core i7 Intel processor, 8GB (which I've paid extra for a 16GB Ram upgrade), 512 SSD, Office 2019 laptop online from Laptop Depot on 12th February 2021. After numerous WhatsApp messages (the only form of communication) I after an entire month, on 10th March (on our wedding anniversary) eventually received a 2nd hand (laptop with marks) which was far from the laptop I ordered. They sent (without any invoice or documentation) an HP i5 processor instead of i7, 15s instead of 14s, 256GB SSD instead of 512GB laptop wrapped in bubble wrap in a brown box wrapped with tape ie (not in original HP box packaging). Several scratches on both lid and bottom instead of a new laptop paid for. Only the RAM of 16GB was correct. I have dealt with a Phillip and Joel and Tanya and await refund as I refuse to give a used gift to my husband. Very embarrassing.
