My laptop depot experience

I ordered a laptop from Laptop Depot on the 15th of Feb. I received confirmation of my order but nothing after that. After a week I started to panic and decided to look at the reviews online and I was horrified by some of the reviews.

Feeling that I'd been ****med, I sent a WhatsApp to their chat line and got a response shortly after. Tanya on the WhatsApp chat was very helpful and reassuring which calmed my nerves!

I received my laptop on Monday and I am very VERY happy with my purchase. It cost me like 3/4 the price of what it costs elsewhere and arrived in very good condition. I promised myself I would write a positive review if my laptop arrived and in good condition to let other people know of my experience. I do think they can improve their communication and delivery times but for the price that I paid I really won't complain!
