Money payed no laptop

I have ordered and pay for a high end refurbished laptop on 27 November 2020. Laptop Depot can only be contacted via WhatsApp or email. Numerous WhatsApp messages and emails that was send in the last to months went unanswered. No tracking number supp****. Their website still show the order status as processing. I have lost hope that i will see the laptop or my money.
