Dreadful service from the Laptop depot

I ordered a laptop for which I did an EFT from the Laptop Depot. The Laptop was to have been delivered to me within 7 - 10 days. is I eventually received a laptop after 4 weeks. And it was a different laptop, that I agreed on. However, the laptop arrives in bubblewrap and in a box - no original paperwork, manuals etc!!!!!! Also the laptop is damaged. I have spent hours on email and whatsapp messages with these people - to get a reaction is difficult - empty promises all the time. This is unacceptable I paid for a new machnine I want a new machine in original packaging with all the warranties etc!!!
