Does The Laptop Depot Truly Exist?????

On or about October of 2020, I purchased a HP Probook 650 G2 from the Laptop Depot, The agent ' Joel & Richard' came across service oriented and despite the prompt confirmation of sales order in which delivery timelines were confirmed; They've never been able to live up to what they commit to. Joel at the time of purchase assured me of a bag to be accompanied by the laptop, This was also short lived.

The apparent 7 months warranty period guaranteed also short lived;The notebook screen started flashing and was reported in December of 2020, After unending(Numerous) correspondence including telecommunication,Informal WhatsApp and emails with 'Joel' wherein he commits to dispatch technicians to our offices tending to the problem, He together with the Laptop Depot team remain unresponsive despite making contact with them to on their WhatsApp group platform '+27(0)***'.

In conclusion when calling the head office contact '+27(0)***' an answering platform directs one to make contact via email/WhatsApp group.

I have been prompted to do this review citing awareness for the public to consider the purchase channel, I honestly do not know if this is a legitimate company.
