3 months still no laptop. Stay Away.

Waiting for my laptop delivery for 3 months. Order was placed and paid on 1 Dec 2020. Follow up emails were sent on 10Dec, 11Jan and 18 Jan. Eventually got hold of Joe on the phone and he stated the laptop is delivered but there is no proof of delivery. I am convinced I will not receive my laptop. The response to my emails and WhattsApp is poor. Stay away, else insist on collecting the laptop prior to payment.
