failure to assist with courtesy car. always **** 2

March 2015 BMW 1 series was bought through absa bank from A 1 lappies motors corporate W I thin a month car was smoking and matter reported to dealer. Car was taken in for service and only oil changed nd told to drive for three months . Still smoking. 08-09-15 car booked in. 15-9-15 nothing done on car. 16 car moved to bulls auto repair and bull will start 21-9-15 on car.nd will Take two weeks. Which totals to full 4 weeks since booked on 8-9-15. Dealer refuse to issue courtesy car and the matter of the car is mechanical since driven from dealer.so feel dealer manipulated me into buying a s**** car and still fail to give full support in getting car right and assist with optional transport in the mean time. The amount spend on public transport is R 400 a week combined with husbands as it our Only means of transport to work. At the time R 800 had been spend plus two weeks to come as informed by bulls that car is gonna take two weeks to be fixed. HELP with the reembasment of amount spend in transport from A 1 motors and with being issued with courtesy car from lappies motors to use till my car is fixed .not enj I yini my dream car at all due to poor service from dealer. Pls help.
