Poor customer service

The service is very poor especially communication with their customers. On daily basis I use the bus to work and back even have tag .I don't know why they don't give the service to Another company because its seems there is no enough busses for local as they always prioritize on long distance and student for UJ ..a.Someti.mes no drivers or no busses we must waist our time with changing busses at lehae waiting for busses almost 15 to 20 minutes waiting our lives in danger and its dark because its winter time on top of the loadshedding. I don't understand why must I take an early bus in town then come back to waist my time in lehae waiting for the bus coming from sandton or Randburg which is maybe stuck in traffic. When you complain they point fingers in you with the rude comments as if you travel for free and get told that why don't you use your own car .They shout at you like a small child and tell you to get off the bus especially that rude boy Sandile please take him to school to learn about customer service and treat people with respect because if we don't buy those tags no business..Since after covid we get swapped around and told no busses we are tired of this kind of service with rudeness on top.Give the service to people who needs it if you can't handle it anymore..They even tell you straight even if you call the office no one will listen to you complain 😴 Thats really bad .I wish government can take atrip with us and see what we go through everyday in Lenasia with the sta bus .They are cutting cost with our time and put our life in danger by waiting in Lehae when we get home its dark and loadshedding .Why we don't have busses going straight where you going like before.In need client we really need some assistance with this busses.
