09 Mar 2025, 20:47Unfortunately, our recent experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
The service we received was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. The manager refused to serve us drinks, made inappropriate remarks about our level of education, and questioned what degrees we held or what we had studied. He went so far as to say that we didn’t “fit in” with the lifestyle or market of the venue and imp**** that we couldn’t afford to settle our bill — purely based on how we looked and spoke.
This kind of treatment is not only unacceptable but blatantly ****** and offensive. No guest should ever be subjected to such prejudice at any establishment.
To make matters worse, he instructed security to monitor us and falsely claimed that we were unwilling to pay, simply because we questioned why we were being refused service. When we asked to use our own preferred hubbly flavour (Adalya), which we find more enjoyable than the ones they offer, he accused us of “******ion.”
We are extremely disappointed by this entire encounter. **************, false accusations, and disrespect have no place in the hospitality industry. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue accordingly.
