Poor Service - Lapalaka property projects

i purchased an apartment for investment purposes but cannot let the property due to the water drainage system not being correctly planned. this is causing water deposits on my property and inturn resulting in damp build up in the apartment. Sitari Estate has tried to assist but Lapalaka homes as the developer is not responding to my mails as the since i bought the apartment there has been internal leaks as well, causing damage and delaying the opportunity to get tenants in.
